Mogul U provides performance-development content, assessments, and community features. Free features (including the basic IBSA result) are provided as-is; membership tiers carry the additional terms presented at purchase.

The IBSA assessment and related content are educational and developmental tools. They are not medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice, and are not a substitute for professional judgment in any of those domains.

The IBSA archetype taxonomy, the DDD framework, the GPS Standard, and all site content are the intellectual property of GLOBL Performance Inc. You may share your personal result; you may not reproduce, resell, or build derivative assessments from the platform's content without written permission.

Don't misuse the service: no scraping, no automated account creation, no attempts to circumvent access controls, and no use of the platform to harass or harm others. We may suspend access that violates these terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and GLOBL Performance Inc. disclaims implied warranties; our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to amounts you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
