Information you provide: your first name and email when you begin the IBSA assessment, subscribe to our newsletter, or contact us — plus your company name and message when you submit an enterprise, application, or contact form.

Assessment results: we store your resulting archetype alongside your email. Your individual question answers are scored in your browser and are not transmitted to or stored on our servers.

Usage data: standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) and, where enabled, aggregate analytics to improve the site.

To deliver your assessment result and related content, respond to inquiries, send the communications you signed up for (each email includes an unsubscribe link), operate and secure the site, and understand aggregate usage. We do not sell personal information.

We share data only with service providers who process it on our behalf (hosting, database, email delivery, analytics), under contractual confidentiality — and where required by law. If you indicate you are exploring Mogul U for your company, we may route your inquiry to our enterprise team.

We keep lead and subscriber records while relevant to the relationship. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information at any time via the contact page — we honor verified requests within 30 days.
